Cloverdale Cold Storage engaged KPA for the design of several facilities. Cloverdale Cold Storage III, at the entry to Campbell Heights Business Park, was designed as a gateway building for the park. Working with the City of Surrey and Cloverdale Cold Storage, the result is a building everyone involved is proud of.
