KPA was engaged by Clutch Contracting to design this new multi-tenant concrete tilt-up industrial building at the corner of Hume Road and Brown Street in the popular Tilbury Industrial area of Delta, BC. The building features seven grade loading doors, 24' clear ceiling height and LED lighting.
