This Self Storage Depot project is a ground-breaking development with perhaps the highest density of any new-build self-storage project in Canada. Planned at six storeys in two phases developed vertically, the storage tower concentrates use on the main level and adds capacity below grade. Principal materials are curtain wall, spandrel glass, insulated precast panels and exposed concrete, with features on the principal elevations meeting the City of North Vancouver's cultural requirements.
