A significant regional resource for the Self Storage Depot, with nearly 500,000 sq.ft. across two phases. Five storeys plus sub-grade utilization deploy an innovative internal, one-way circulation route for loading: a two-storey-high utility area that admits large vehicles and encloses all loading bays, protected from the weather and away from the streetscape, while maximizing the on-grade unit count. Designed with insulated precast panels, curtain wall, brick veneer towers and conventional steel structure. To be constructed via construction management.
