This four-storey self-storage building is a virtual zero-lot-line development in East Vancouver fronting Clark Drive. Extremely efficient in its use of space, it resolves the challenge of planning a light industrial use next to a residential neighbourhood with a minimalist, modern design well suited to its urban context. Principal materials are insulated metal panels, conventional steel and curtain wall.
