The first phase of a two-phase self-storage development in Abbotsford, fronting a busy thoroughfare and promoting itself through a minimalist, elegant glazed façade that showcases its use to the street. Procured design-build and planned on a rigorous 5x5 modular grid for exceptional utilization efficiency. Principal materials are concrete tilt panels, curtain wall and profiled metal cladding. The project is complete and leasing well.
