Subzero Cold Logistics is the first integrally insulated tilt-up freezer building in Western Canada. The 42,066 sq.ft. insulated concrete tilt-up facility is designed to hold -25°C (-4°F) for frozen food storage, and is equipped throughout with state-of-the-art racking. Insulated tilt-up construction brings a wide range of structural, thermal, moisture and maintenance benefits. The building won the Tilt-Up Achievement Award in 2019.
