KPA designed this four-storey, 65,000 sq.ft. recreation vehicle dealership, with a showroom whose significant glazing opens onto a major collector street in Abbotsford, BC. The project uses precast and cast-in-place concrete, steel framing and mass timber structural elements, and includes wash bays, multiple service bays, office space and customer amenity areas. Delivered design-build, with all engineering disciplines provided by the Krahn Group of Companies.
